Oh Rudi and everyone with babies waking up

This is so hard. So interesting...last night J woke up at 12:30am and tried everything and he wouldn't sleep. So I gave him a bottle. He drank 11oz and he had 10oz at 8:30 when he went to bed. I was amazed. That was 21oz in 4 hours. I'm guessing growth spurt

I have nothing to add except my support and sympathies. J didn't sleep through the night until 8 months and I thought that was a long time. I sure hope you find something that works for all of you.

x's a thousand!!!

Default ur not alone

I have a 22mnth old daughter, also been a very poor sleeper, tried sleep trainig, unfortunately does not work for everyone, Nothing wrong with her physically, goes to sleep fairly easily but generally wakes 3 times a night used to be more but sometimes why I really don't know - she sleeps through from 8 - 5-30, (that happens, if I'm lucky once a week on average), doctors don't know what to do. Its very frustrating not to mention exhausting.

Have u tried Melatonin, it seems to work for a few toddlers in my little one's play group. I've tried it myself but does not make any difference to her sleeping pattern.

Have u tried any meds, recommended by your doctor?
