Thank you for all the tips and info. Luckily ds does use his words to communicate and express his needs and wants. I guess I will work with him on pronunciation and if I see no change I will call the ped.

Another thing our speech therapist told us to do with my son was to make sure we pronounce things clearly and appropriately , don't laugh at his baby lauguage if you want them to improve.
It's cute but it's not going to help them correct the problem if they get attention for it. If they say something wrong repeat the word correctly a few times and then ask him to try it.
