Question Summer plans?

So what are your summer plans? Vacations? Camps? Sports? Anything exciting?

In June, Lauren will be doing a fishing derby here in town. The stock the creek in the park with fish and let the kids have at it!

Also in June she'll start cheerleading for a new cheer club that opened in town. Its a competitive cheer club and Im actually the head coach, so this is something Lauren and I get to do together!

In July Lauren will be riding on a float in the Carson Days parade (she won a photo contest for Little Miss Douglas County). There's a big festival following and it should be a blast!

Other than that we plan on doing some fishing, camping and boating at Lake Tahoe!

I'm trying to find things for the children, but this town is so darn small, that the activities are limited and VERY expensive.
We just received a catalog about the summer activities they have there. So I'll be looking through.

As far as vacations go, we'll be heading to Arizona and Utah and possibly go white water rafting. We might take a trip to Denver, as well.

We don't have any real plans this summer. Sarah has reading camp for the first 4 weeks. Sarah was supposed to go to girl scout camp in August, but the one I needed her to go to because they offer busing is full

The rest of the summer we will just wing it. Hang out at the lake, take a few day trips, that sort of thing.

Alexis was going to go to the local Girl Scout Day Camp but it was cancelled. One of the ladies doing it had knee surgery or something like that. She may do dance camp (a couple of hours a day for a week) IF we ever get the full info from the lady doing it.

I have both girls signed up for beginning swim class at the recreational center.

Both of those activities are in June. Other than that we don't really have anything planned yet.
