Default Yay! we're finally down to 2 naps!

I've slowly been bumping Noah's naps later, and for almost a week now, he's been having 2 long naps! I LOVE IT!!!
He's up around 7-730, naps 9-930 until 11
and then from around 130-2 until 330-4 and then manages to stay up until bedtime around 7!
Well, yesterday he was in bed by 630pm

but he still slept until 720!
It's way way way better than his 3 45 minute naps he was having.
But MAN that was hard work!

I think the biggest part was keeping him awake long enough that he wasn't too overtired but enough that he would need the long nap. I remember when he would wake at 7am and be tired by 8am

I just kept pushing those times later and later by like 10-15 minutes a day and if he did wake at 45 minutes, I would get him up if happy, but kept him up until the next nap time no matter how cranky he was (if he got too overtired I would do pick up put down to get him to sleep) If he woke after 45 minutes crying I would do pick up put down to get him back to sleep for another 45 minutes.
Again it was hard work, and I didn't think it would happen, but here we are. I'm soooooo glad it worked!!! At the time I hated to think all the hard work was in vain!
