This is ridiculous!

Well, Lukas is 11 months old and STILL not sleeping through the night. I was ok with it when it was once a night, but with the cold he has now it's insane. Last night he was up at 10:30, 12:30, 2:00, 3:30 and up for the day at 5:15. And then his brother woke up at 4:45, so dh had to get up with him.

I need someone to tell my boy that he's not a newborn any more. Last night he drank 16 ounces of formula between 10:30 and 3:30. Ugh!

I can't imagine anyone else here is struggling with a kid who won't sleep through the night. Honestly, I can't wait until his 1 year checkup to see what the doctor has to say.

 Lucy has NEVER slept thru the night Rudi and I look like the living dead because of it. she has gotten closer in the last month alright but then I was away for a week and that screwed that up so now we are back to waking 2-3 times. I decided on water only for the nightime wakings thinking this will put a stop to it but NO missy likes water likes it ALOT  she does got back to sleep straight away but I'm still out of my bed.

anyway when you find the miracle cure let me know and for you :bighug:

water was my peds reccomendation when Ty was 10+ months not sleeping through the night, he was only up once a night and would go directly back to sleep aft eating but it was killin me! needless to say, the water did help but it took a little while - good luck, I know its so hard, and I hope it gets better for you

:bighug:

If he's drinking 16oz- maybe he's hungry-- try and get more in him during the day and cut back to water at night-- so he learns to stock up during the day ykwim?? also- if he likes the water too then I think it's the 'sucking' that is soothing him back to sleep... and that's harder to change for sure....
