HALLOWEEN!!!

so, what have our monsters decided to dress up as this year?

Who's having a party? Going to one??

Our church does a thing each Halloween- we'll probably hit that up instead of trick or treating. Jacob is going as Obi Wan Kenobi (Star Wars Clone Wars) and Abby is going as a Cheerleader (LSU- where my BIL is an assistant prof ).

Leanna wants to be a black cat (easy!) and Rachel a "Troll cheerleader" whatever the heck that is! I need to get on the ball and start looking around for her.

There is a halloween event at the park I'll probably bring the girls to but no parties planned. I keep forgetting to ask the school if they allow costumes at school or do any sort of party.

No pumpkins yet. The G/S troop is doing something fall related on Sun so I've been waiting to see if its a pumpkin patch & if so we'll get some then.

so, what have our monsters decided to dress up as this year? Julia was Hula Dancer for Disney this year but it's too cold up here for that. She wants to wear her witches costume from last year and I don't think I'm going to argue with her on that one!

Have you decorated the house up yet? I stuck with more of a Fall theme then Halloween so I can leave everything up for 2 months.

Gotten your pumpkins? Julia painted a pumpkin at a friends but we haven't gotten our family pumpkin yet. I don't know when we'll have time for that.

Who's having a party? Going to one?? We havent' been to a Halloween adult party for years. The kids have parties to go to but never us!
