  • My little one is now wearing glasses. She was having trouble at school reading the board, so I took her in to get her eyes checked. She doesn't have to wear them all the time. She was excited and scared to get them. She was happy that she would be able to read the board but scared that her friends may laugh at her.

I took her into school Monday after getting her glasses and talked to the teacher, who also wears glasses, about Hannah's heistation to wear her glasses and she let me know that 3 other kids in class had glass also. Her teacher her let her know she that she is part of a special group now, which seems to have eased her fears.

I've noticed an improvement in her reading and her teacher has let me know that there has been an improvement in class.

  • The first time she put them on she said the world looked different to her, that it was brighter and not as fuzzy.

  • Jacob has worn glasses since he turned 4. He never had a problem with them- once he figured out that he could see better with them, he decided he liked having them on more than not.
