Default I had to pick Grant up from school yesterday...

He was so upset that they called us to come get him. What are we going to do with this kid? This was his third time going. How long should I keep trying?

I would keep on trying, if it was only his 3rd time going,it is just going to take him time getting used to it, Eventually he will get used to the kids and the routine of it all.

I agree with Lacey-keep trying it. If I recall correctly, you keep Grant at home so it will probably just take a little longer for him to understand that school is a good thing and being away from mom isn't so bad either. Just keep talking about how great school is and about all the fun things he gets to do. You may also want to talk to his teachers-they may have ideas too.

I wish Sarah missed me just a little bit-on Monday in carpool line, she was so inpatient to get out of the car. She kept saying "come on, come on already"!

Hang in there. It will get better and it will be good for Grant.

It took Z three weeks to stop crying when I left him.
