Arrow latest pics from JcPenneys

I picked up the pictures we did at JcP a couple weeks ago.

Some of them turned out pretty good.
There is always something wrong with each of the pictures, though.

I swear.... someone is always looking the wrong way. DH's smile (the one I hate because it's a fake smile that I can't make him change) always looks like he's caught talking. (but nope, that's his 'fake smile' )
My blouse was not cooperating. and in many of the pictures, it was ballooning out and making me look fat.

and then there are the kids..

still, they did manage to capture a couple that aren't too terrible....

Great pictures! I'd have a tough time choosing. The kids are cuties but I don't like it when they are supposed to look serious - they look sad instead.

I'm going to get my girls & my niece together & will probably end up at JCPenneys.

You got some great shots!

Imagine how much fun we're going to have next Friday- we're taking 6 kids, and Jacob is the oldest to get pictures done.

DH doesn't like the serious pictures either.
I'm fine with them either way.
Sometimes I think it's easier to get those serious pictures than the smiles, though
the photographer said "oh, you like the traditional smiles?"
I said. "well, technically, I suppose one could say that the TRUE traditional pictures ARE the serious ones. Think about it, all the B&W that you see from the 1800s... how many of those portraits have you seen were of people smiling?"

Mel, I hope you have one VERY good and patient photographer (and an extra time allotted for your pictures )
oh, and make sure the kids are NOT hungry when they get there and don't be afraid to bribe bribe bribe
