Axon?
As in the nerve pathway thingy that transmits pulses around the body?

We're doing fine around here. Work is starting to really really pick up so there's not much goofing around time anymore. The kids are getting over yet another cold. This time I managed to stay somewhat healthy thru the epidemic. Finally a break for me!
Andrew is starting to sleep thru the night so I'm finally starting to get a little more sleep.
Spring is starting to peak it's head out and life is GOOD!!!

Yeah an axon is something like that! I'm still not completely sure... but it has to do with neurons.

I'm REALLY tired. I am pregnant with our 3rd baby (due 8/17) and have a 2 1/2 year old toddler and a 5 month old infant (my infant and the new baby will only be 11 months approx apart!) I'm in my 14th week of pg, still exausted, nausea really bad this pg like every hour or 2. Other than that, I'm just glad when the warm weather comes and melts this snow and we're going to have a fence installed outside (backyard) which will be great for my kids to be able to run free out there (with my supervision of course) so I don't have to run after them and they can freely explore

Hello Ladies

All is well with us. We are strating to pack for our trip to Disneyland, the kids are just getting over a cold as well. Last night the DH gave Sara (3years old) a can of alphagetties and 3 peices of toast, two peices of bacon 2 juices and his mother brought over a hot chocolate before bed. Needless to say she puked in the middel of the night from over load. I think he learned his lesson when he had to fix the situation because luckely Brianna needed to BF right when it happend and he was the cleanup man. These are the life lessons I love.
Hope all is well with you

Talking I'm baaack!!!

I haven't been around for a while. The last year has been quite an ordeal for me and I haven't been in a mood to post for quite a while. Last Labour Day weekend, I had a miscarriage. Two months later I lost my job. A month after that (just before my birthday), I found a lump in my breast. That was about the time I stopped posting.

Things sure look different than the last time I was here, but a lot of the names are familiar. Amy is doing great. She just turned 3 1/2. (If it was up to her, we'd have a proper "birthday" party every month.) The 2 boys that who've been at the babysitter with her forever are both starting school in September. We've explained to her that they won't be coming back after the summer. (Their mom is a teacher, so they are always off for the summer.) She doesn't seem to care that they won't be back, but she's very disappointed that she isn't going to school yet. She said, "I'll never get to go to school". I just hope the sitter gets some more kids soon. With the boys gone to school, DD is the only one she has. That kind of defeats the purpose of sending her to a babysitter for socialisation.
