Sleeping Ages & Stages

Lately Hannah's being getting up in the middle of the night saying she can't sleep. We've tried everything, Saturday we stayed out at the pool a little longer, hoping to tire her out where she would jsut crash after shower and dinner, but nope she was up around 3.

We are lost at what to do.

Is anyone else going through this right now? Or does anyone of tips to get her to sleep through the night?

I would say try adjusting the temperature too.
sometimes, it's a temp issue.

And, then... just make sure that she's not taking any stimulants toward the end of the day... like sudaphed even.

Karen you know I dont think we thought about the stimulants.

Here room is the coldest in the apartment but she still comes to me and says that she is hot. We'll have to look into it.
