Rachel has had sleeping problems for a few years. She takes melatonin which I think helps. She and I usually go to sleep on the couch if she wakes up & can't get back to sleep.

Our girls wake up when they get too hot in their rooms. They are both sweaters and they are soaked b/c they *have* to sleep with a blanket at night and even with the ac on they still get overheated. It most likely is a phase but I would definatley look into the stimulants as well. Good luck!!
