  • I am worried about Alexander's hearing. Alot of the time when we talk to him he will look at us and say "huh?" or "what did you say?" I never really paid much attention to it until a few relatives had brought it up. I am wondering if maybe he has a problem with hearing? He goes in for his 3 year check up in the middle of November. Should I ask his ped then?? Or should I try to make him an appointment sooner? Or could it just be him not paying attention?

  • Could just be toddler syndrome but if you are concerned then why not bite the bullet and get an appointment then you will know one way or the other.

But I bet he is fine

  • I agree with Feline. Nov is to far away when you are worrying about him.
I am sure he is fine.

  • I agree with Feline too. Lauren is constanly saying huh, what did you say. I know that she can hear what she wants to. I would't worry about it. I agree it's probably "toddler syndrome"

  • I think waiting until his appt. in November is fine, but I would definitely mention it just in case.
