Another b-day party question

Majority of the time I do respond that Im not coming. I know how it is when your guessing if some is coming or not, so I try to let them know regardless.

We didnt go to too many parties last year....one fell on her cousins bday party, and rather she goes to her cousins, esp since Nicole would be invited as well.

This was the first year we did a friend party for Marek. His birthday can be challenging because it's a week after school starts. This year his class went from 16 kids to 19, and there are a bunch of new kids. I basically invited all the boys who were in his class last year, as I didn't want to invite kids he didn't know. Turns out two of the boys were no longer in his class. They didn't respond or come, but all five of the others responded and showed up.
