Yep, Rudolphia took the words right out of my mouth - I was going to say it was probably 40 Lbs and you have to go by the car manufacture, not the car seat. It is a hot topic and many won't give you a straight answer!

You can get the manual online if you can't find yours. Always follow your car manual first and them the carseat manual. A 5 point harness is safer then a booster. I kept my girls in a harness until they were too tall. Christine was 7!
