Default Ballet?

I have a couple of questions. DD starts ballet next week and was wondering if anyone could recommend a cheap place online for leotards/shoes, etc... I had a place bookmarked in our old computer that crashed last month.

Also, do kids wear underwear underneath leotards/tights, or just comando?

I can't remember what is the way little kids do it....I hate seeing big undies hanging out of kids tights though.

I don't know of any online place. I always bought in Target or Walmart or got hand-me-downs from a niece.

I try to have Leanna wear leoards with a skirt over so the undies don't show. Or if not, I'd rather have the undies showing than going without.

target is really cheap - and so is Walmart.
the undies underneath depend on the studio.
Some insist that they don't wear any... some insist that you do.
I think it's disgusting to not wear any so I would buy leotard underwear specifically for that for my child if they didn't want the kids wearing the underwear underneath.

I taught dance for years and I could not stand the little girls who had big baggy pieces of panties haning out from their leotards... we recommended that they wear tights, leaotard, and skirt if they wanted.... they could wear panties if they wanted but we reommended that they get really tight dancer ones... you could try

They have some really cute stuff and they are very resonable.
