Default can i take hair vitamins while pregnant

My hair is falling out. It is getting really thin and it is freaking me out. I'm taking my prenatal vitamins. My hair was thick before I got pregnant. What should I do. I've mentioned it to my Dr. But he never says anything about
it. Can I take hair vitamins with my prenatal vitamins

If your doctor isn't answering your questions you need to insist or find another doctor who will.

I would not take any other vitamins because prenatals give you the exact dose you and the baby need. If you add another supplement without checking with a doctor you maybe getting too much of something like Vitamin A which in large doses can be toxic to the baby.

You could try changing your shampoo and conditioner and use less styling products.

I agree with Laura. Taking anything other than what is advised by our doctor (if you're not happy with your current doctor, you should change to a doctor that makes you comfortable) could put your baby at risk. My hair texture changed after having children and it's just one of those things that comes with the blessing of children.
