Typically my sister & I agree not to buy for each other and I do the same with friends. That makes my life a whole lot easier so I just have to get some stocking stuffers and wrap a few things and I'm DONE.
 


We ended up with a big family gift - a pool table. DH found a really really good deal on a used one on Ebay. It was delivered yesterday and it looks brand new! So with that we had less to buy for the girls, and then Rachel wanted some boots for her birthday (12/21) she found on Amazon so now I don't have to shop for her birthday either.

I'm supposed to bring a sweet potato casserole on Sat so I just need to find an easy recipe for that.

nuts here. I still have lots to buy and we're going out of town to my dh's family this weekend. I need 5 gifts by Friday.

With your huge family, do you guys do some sort of Secret Santa or do you end up buying for everybody?

Ooh- ooh...I have a YUMMY sweet potato casserole recipe. It's not exactly "easy" like it says- but it's not hard either- and it is so good!!

Ok, I'll make that. I don't like sweet potatoes so I don't know what's good and what isn't. Do you start with whole potatoes or use the canned stuff?
