  • I just wanted to say good luck getting those spots cleaned up - I like the magic eraser. I can't clean our walls or baseboards because we're in a cheaply painted apartment. Everytime I wipe the walls down with water my rag is covered in paint. So I only do mine when they get REALLY bad. Just straight water leaves a water marks on the wall. CHEAP paint!!!!

  • I do mine about every two weeks or so as I vacuum. In the bathrooms, I do it when the kids are in the tub or on the weekends when I have longer to shower. In the bathroom, I use whatever I am cleaning with -- antibacterial wipes, windex, a new toilet scrubber -- what ever is in my hand to do the job quickly.

Unless I'm getting the US terminology wrong I only wash mine when someone comes to stay, otherwise I use the brush attachment on my Dyson and dust the skirting boards and corners this way.
