Craigslist or Consignment Ask a Question Message Board

I've never used Craigslist but I'm wondering if I should do that to get some money out of all the toys I have instead of taking it to a consignment shop. What do you think?

I have Cinderella carriage, Wooden white doll cradle and highchair, Little Mermaid Vaniety with all the accessories and stool, Car Park / Garage for hot wheels cars, Easel / Whiteboard desk with chair, 2 large boxes of childrens books - Dr. Seuss and all sorts of board / picture books, Games and DVD's.

I think consignment would be easier so if it was me I'd probably sell things that way.

I think you might get more from craigslist, but it might not be worth the hassle.

You could try CL for a week, if no bites, then go Consignment. You could also get an estimate from consignment, try a stab at CL and then see which gets you more.

Okay, that was confusing. If you just want something with least effort, go to consignment. If you want top dollar for the stuff and are up for a little bit of headache (not always though) then go CL.
