Has anyone taken them? My triglycerides are still high and was told to purchased Fish Pills w/o an after taste. I have to go back the beginning of Jan to get bloodwork taken again. Im curious if anyone can recommend a certain type.

My dh takes the ones from Walgreens (in a green bottle), He doesn't notice an after taste but make sure you don't bite into them!! Don't ask me why but he did one time and then proceeded to describe to me how awful they tasted!!
YUCK!! I can only imagine!

Also, don't leave one in your pocket in the wash. A whole load of clothes smelled like fish and needed washed 3 times. LOL!

They sell capsules that have no aftertaste but to save money I have been told you can just freeze the pills and then they won't have the taste either...though I'm guessing they will be hard as a rock to swallow.

I can't seem to find ones that aren't massive. I hate swallowing BIG pills.

I'd be happy to get a good recommendation as well.

Thanks girls! I read online that putting them in the freezer reduces the amount of "fish burps". Eww...this is just gross.

Heard this is used for dietary supplements as well?
