Question How do I add this to my Windows Mail Signature?

I'm trying to add a link button or banner to my email signature in Windows Mail.

The code to my button shows up- some of the code is in blue, other in black.

How do I make it so you can see the button?

Hey Susie -- I have no clue on the button, but wanted to say I love your forget-me-nots. That is wonderful. I also want something for my losses, but not sure what yet.
