Question How much meat

how much meat do you eat?
And what is your definition of meat?

When you look at it from a technical standpoint, more than just beef is meat.
It also includes: chicken, fish, pork, and even nuts.

so, how much 'meat' do you eat?
what kind? Do you mostly eat a certain kind?

do you have some sort of meat daily or are there days that you have no meat at all?

We eats a lot of meat in our house. I would say we mainly eat beef, but we also eat chicken, turkey, fish, pork... pretty much anything! We almost always have some kind of meat twice a day, sometimes only once (depends if we have pancakes or waffles or something for lunch or dinner!)

Wow, now that I think about it dh and I eat a ton of meat.
Almost every dinner revolves around it. We eat mostly chicken, but in the summer eat a lot of beef (steaks, burgers, etc on the grill).
We had penne a la vodka with chicken last night and breaded chicken cutlets tonight. We are having burgers and dogs tomorrow night as it is going to be one of the last really warm days.

We love meat!!! We have it as a main course in dinner most nights. Tonight was meatless-- unless you count eggs as meat. Some nights it's smaller amounts like spaghetti sauce with meat in it, other nights it's full on steak or chicken cutlets.....

We do steaks, gbeef, chicken, pork and turkey but don't eat lamb, veal or fish/seafood.

I am more of a steak and potatoes girls than veggies/grains.

We eat a lot of meat here too! Dinner always has a meat - beef (hamburger, steak, roast, hot dogs), turkey breast, chicken, pork (roast, ham, brats), etc.
