OK so what now? They STILL have me on hold. Their website has no way to even email them and the email I got and replied to was return undeliverable. MAN I'm HOT.

I'd do exactly what you're doing, and I would not let them process the charge. IF they do submit the charge against you even after you tell them 'no', then I'd go to the credit card company and file a dispute. They'll deny the charge or send it back if it has already come through. As has already been said, the company can not just arbitrarily start applying charges to your card now for a purchase made so long ago, ESPECIALLY not when it was THIER fault to begin with. No, definitely do NOT let them win this one.
