Hopefully we're not all eating the same thing.

My 7 year old requested this on our menu.

    Mexican salad.

    Mixed green salad
    Mushrooms (fresh)
    Red Onion
    Cheese crumbles
    Santa Fe Tortilla strips
    Grilled Fajita chicken
    Black beans

We love this but I was shocked my 7 year old actually asked me to make it.

  • No idea. I'm still trying to think of something for lunch. I don't want to make mac and cheese again. My kids are so predictable with their requests. Susan I would fall to the floor if my two asked for Mexican salad. LOL!

My family is in town and want to do dinner tonight but we are just beat. I'm thinking pizza and an early bedtime. :-)
