  • OK, so I bought one because my back has been killing me and when I put it on the strain on my back disappeared!

Should I wear it over or under my pants? (My shirts are all long enough to cover it if I wear it over)

  • Someone just mentioned a maternity belt on Due in Feb, I don't really know what it is, but I am curious to find out more about it if it helps with back pain!

  • It is an elastic band with velcro closures and adjusters that you wear around your waist. It sits in the small of your back and under your belly. It helps to lift your belly enough to straighten out your spine a bit and reduces the stress on your back muscles during pregnancy. I am not sure if you can order for in Canada, but here is the link to the one I am keeping (I ordered 2 and the cheaper one wound up being more supportive)
