No, he's in a regular booster... He's really big for his age (he's3 1/2 and everyone thinks he's 6 or 7!) I guess I figure if we can fit an infant seat with base and a booster next to each other, we can probably squish a 3rd seat in there if we have to (although I hope, Hope, HOPE to have a van by the time this baby is born!)

Well, I know for a fact that 2 convertable carseats & 1 highback booster DO NOT fit in the back of a Toyota Rav, but DO fit in the back of a Chevy Blazer

... it's not CONVENIENT, and it's a bit of a hassle getting them in/out... but they DO fit.

I have a nephew & a 2nd cousin who are both around the same age as my younger son & I've taken them out (seperately) with my boys on many occasions.

I wouldn't feel comfortable with a child who was younger than 10-12yo (depending on their size) in the front seat.

See... I'd feel more comfortable having my child in the front seat in a high back booster- with a 5pt harness, than out of a carseat before his 4th birthday. The law in ohio is 4 years and 40 lbs. It's surprising to me that many of you would put your child in a booster before it's time but not in the front seat. I remember bee-bopping around in the front seat for my whole life-- maybe that's why.

I don't know. Dh and I discussed this and we think the britax might be better.
