  • I thought it was as long as the water wasn't running and you didn't have any open windows where lightning could hit?

  • How tight of a seal is on the tub drain? I heard that can affect it, but I could be wrong?

  • No idea. I have always loved a nice bubble bath during a thunder storm though.

  • I think it's an old wives' tale. The main reason I wouldn't want to do it is in case the power goes out by a lightning strike and then I'm left with a dark bathroom and two screaming, sopping wet children clamoring to get out of the tub, and in the process, drenching me and piercing my eardrums.

But if you're up for it....
