Question "Santa will bring it!"

So what do you do when your three year old is CONSTANTLY changing her mind about what she wants to ask Santa to bring her for Christmas?

She is getting the loving family dollhouse with just about every room available. She keeps saying "Santa is going to bring me a castle!" (She has seen the disney princess castle commercial on tv way too much!) So I went on youtube and showed her the dollhouse commercial and some videos of kids playing with the same dollhouse. After we watched that for a bit I said "you should ask Santa to bring that for you for Christmas!" She responded with "no ... Santa is going to bring me a dress and necklace." UGH!!!!

So how do I make it so Santa gives her what she asks for? The reason she is getting a dollhouse is because she wanted one for her birthday. We bought her a bike (she originally wanted that) and when it was time for presents she announced "yeah, now I can open my dollhouse!" Sigh, I just can't win!

Maybe return the dollhouse and get her the castle? I would probably do that so she gets what she really wants.

That's just it - she won't make up her mind! She told me she wants the "makeup piano" this afternoon too! I think I might print out some pictures and make her choose which thing she wants and hang it on the fridge. So when she changes her mind I can tell her that she already picked out what she wants to ask santa to bring her.

I would just do that with a pic of the doll house. Don't drive yourself crazy!

I think at this age they just want everything they see. My parents are actually giving Julia the Princess Musical Vanity. LOL!
