  • [SIZE="3"]Does anyone use this??

My Dh is such a grump-a-gus sometimes... and he also gets the occasional night where he can't sleep well. Supposedly, St John's Wort is good for both of those...

His fav drink is iced tea... and I bought an iced tea maker since he/we drink so much of it (I always prepare the tea & make sure we have enough in the fridge).

So... I'm thinking I might slip some St John's Wort in the jug of tea!!

Do they make teabags with the St John's Wort already in it I wonder??

  • I use it but in the tablet form. It was taken off the market here (stupid silly beauracrats :po

but you can get it on prescription (which I have). I'm taking it for PPD and it does help..put it this way DH always knows when I've taken it just by looking at me. Not sure about the sleep issue but I haven't slept in a year since Lucy was born

    hope it helps your DH
