It would have to be a MAJOR emergency for me to take my baby out of the house like that.

no.i have never taken my kids out in just a diaper and t-shirt. I have to admit that my kids are always fully dressed ( not shoes) when we are just in the house

I don't have children, but I felt compelled to post! I can't help stare in disbelief at babies and toddlers who are allowed in public wearing only a nappy (diaper for you American folks). It just looks like the parents don't care (I'm not saying they don't care, it just looks like they don't care).

Sorry, I know I'm not qualified to make a criticism, but I have 9 nieces and nephews, just about all my friends have children, and I studied child development at High School and college, and I know it's just not good for small children and babies.

Babies and toddlers have a lot more difficulty regulating their temperature, they need clothes to keep them warm, especially in winter.
