Used bed?

  • Would you buy a used bed (not mattress) for your child? Milo really wants a trundle bed or a bunk bed and I just found a great wooden trundle bed for only $25. I'm just weird and thinking "who slept here before" "maybe someone died in that bed". All sorts of crazy things.

We have a full size bed for him (converts from his crib) but he really has his heart set on a bunk or trundle.

    What do you think.

Here's the link to the bed.

  • That looks great! I'd buy a used bed but not a used mattress. You can always wipe the bed clean and disinfect it. It seems like a great deal to me!!

I have had new and used stuff. The used stuff is almost always just as good once it's been cleaned and maybe painted.

  • I agree too - I have no problem with used furniture.

And it wouldn't even bother me if somebody died in it!
