Well the situation get's stranger!!! First, I don't doubt my husband for one second I would trust him completely. My husband had ran into the mother and I guess she asked him and he had told her that we just didn't feel like that was a good idea, etc. So over the weekend I was out talking to another neighbor and she comes up and just in a real harsh tone asks if I'm going to let my dh stay over because she needs to know. First I didn't appreciate her confronting me about it at the time and two she was really rude about the whole thing. I told her that I didn't feel comfortable with dh staying but she was welcome to come stay at our house or I would be glad to stay with her. She then says that you know she would never come over and stay at our house and that she wouldn't want me to stay only dh. She then says what's wrong do you not trust them being togethor. I'm sitting here about ready to go off. I shouldn't be having to justify why I don't want my dh staying with your 12 year old. Then she proceeds to say well do you also have a problem with dh taking care of our dog as well. I'm sorry big difference in dog/daughter. I finally said we will be glad to help out I've offered if that's not good enough to bad. I then went in fuming to dh and then he got mad about the way she handled it.We have known them for several years and have always been very friendly with them. She has always helped with us and our children and we have always done the same. I've always been more than generous to let dh go over and help with little computer problems/etc. but this truly is beyond my understanding. Some people???

WOW! After reading the update ... I wouldn't help out at all. It does seem like she's setting you guys up for something and she's starting to "panic" because her plan isn't working ...
