Default What is the most you have saved?

I was at the grocery store, today, and saved $14.95.

I was so proud. I haven't saved more than $8 in a very long time. Even with coupons and sales.

The most I have saved was $89 at Basha's, about five years ago. I had coupons, and they were tripling them.

So, what's the most money you have saved at the grocery store?

I usually save a ton of money every time I shop if you count the 'instore' discounts for using your card (on sale without the coupon but you have to swipe your special store rewards card)

I don't remember the exact amounts - but I have had a couple checkers comment to me a couple of times that they were impressed with the $ saved at the bottom

Even with the in-store savings, I never save much.

I always think I do, and then I check out and the cashier says "You saved $1.26, today."

We saved around 29 or 30 dollars once with our store card... It was cool bc we saved more than we spent

I just checked my Fred Meyer recepit and it doesn't tell me how much I saved with my in store club card.

I know that would have been a big one -
I bought a bunch of stuff on super good sales.
Heck, I even bought a bunch of garden stuff on 75% off.
And 2 apple trees for $9.99 a piece instead of $24.99 each!

But it only gives you the actual amount saved for real coupons... (which was a mere $2 something. )
