Default What should I do with this chicken?
I have chicken breasts I have to cook today. What should I make?

We're out of tortillas so Susan's burritos are out.

Lemon-based herb rubs are good for last minute stuff.

I used to make a dish back in college a lot, I would dice the breasts, cook them in a skillet with just a little oil then once cooked toss the chunks in a thai sweet chili sauce and serve on cous cous w/ sun dried tomatoes.

Hmmm I could do something with feta & tomatoes put it over pasta or rice...

Just get some italian dressing and marinate them, then grill.
 
Or do that, then cut it up over a salad.
