I use Stouffer's lasagna. it has little to no preservatives and it eliminates the prep work. Cook it about an hour in the oven and make a salad and some garlic bread and you have a good dinner. They have a meat lasagna, a chicken lasagna, a veggie lasagna

No-Fry Chicken Parm

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded evenly thin (enough for one per guest)

1-2 eggs, beaten

1 C. Italian breadcrumbs (more if using more than 4-6 chicken breasts)

Extra pasta sauce

Slices of mozzarella cheese (one per chicken), can use shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken breasts into egg, then into breadcrumbs. Place chicken in sprayed glass baking dish and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon about 1/3 C. of pasta sauce and slice (or handful of shredded) mozzarella cheese over each chicken breast. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve over spaghetti and with salad/garlic bread or breadsticks.

This is very, very easy. It really only takes about 10 minutes to prep and if you drop the pasta around the time that you add the cheese to the chicken, it's all done at the same time and ready to serve hot. It's SO easy and WAY, WAY TASTY! My family

's this!

mmm.....stouffer's lasagna! Lasagna can be alot of work, but the last few times I made it I used those noodles you don't have to boil first- makes it SO much easier, and it does work!
