  • I put some chicken in the crockpot this morning with salsa and taco seasoning. I'll add the black beans this afternoon and the cream cheese. After this cooks I'll wrap them in tortillas for burritos.

  • We are having homemade mac n' cheese, sirloin steak and green beans. The kids will be having just the mac and some fruit.

Oh and angel food cake w/whipped cream for dessert. We haven't had that in ages. It seems like a summer food w/ strawberries and all but hopefully it is still good in March. LOL!

  • Can Braedon come over?

That kid LOVES ribs and corn on the cob. He would pass on the potatoes but he loves Mac & Cheese and baked beans.

  • Yum!

My sister (who now lives with us) is watching the kids while we travel about an hour away to visit some friends with their new baby, so they're having leftover beef stroganoff from last night.

I'm taking bow-tie pasta with chicken/broccoli and salad for us to eat with our friends. I'm also taking chicken enchiladas for them to freeze for another night.
