Easy Sandiwch cookies

Ritz crackers(we like the snowflake shaped ones this time of year)

Peanut butter(can also use Nutella or Fluff)

White and Milk Chocolate candy for melting(do not get Wilton's; it's gross)

After making a sandiwch with the Ritz crackers and peanut butter dip in the melted candy and let set. Make sure to put them on parchment or wax paper while cooling. Before it cools you can sprinkle red or green crystals on it or after it drys drizzle the opposite chocolate from what you dipped it in.

Side Note: Be judicious is you use Fluff because the hot melted candy will actually melt it is you use too much and it will expand out of the coating.
Everybody loves these. A family favorite.
