Default WWYD - Would You Complain

So, we went to get Ben's haircut today
The hairdresser was terrible, she was rough, yanking his head from one side to another, and he was getting cranky and at one point she was so rough, he tried to wiggle away and ended up falling off the chair and onto his forehead, a good 3 1/2 to 4 feet off the floor...he now how a fair sized bump in the middle of his forehead that is blueish purple, I feel so bad, I saw it happening and I couldn't catch him in time...
So, this place that we went to is a chain, would you email/phone and complain or just leave it knowing that it will eventually get better... To make it worse our wedding photographers offered to take family pics and it is a 3 hour drive to where we got married and we are going this weekend, so we have an appt on Friday... I am not sure if we should even get pictures done now with this bruise... ughhhh

I would probably complain too and never let that hairdresser cut my childs hair again. Sorry you had to deal with that.
I would go ahead with the pics, you probably won't even be able to see it and they may even be able to touch them up for you.

I would definitely complain. I agree about the pics. Since its professional photos most likely the photographer can touch up his bruise in the photo so that its not seen. Sorry this happened, poor little guy!
