I have no idea what half of these meals are!!! Chicken patties? Chic tenders? Quesedillas? Bertolli's? I could Google them but I'd be here all night

I'm like you, I go for (wheat-free) pasta/spaghetti and pesto, and throw in cherry tomatoes and some chicken or tuna chunks.
For lunch we have soup, or Neil has toasted sandwiches and I have an omelette.

Tracey- chicken patties are round, flat, breaded, processed chicken (think along the lines of a chicken nugget, but larger- like the size of a burger bun).

Chicken Tenders- breaded (generally fried) chicken cutlets (again, similar to chicken nuggets, but usually made from '"real" strips of chicken breast meat as opposed to the processed chicken).

Quesadillas- Mexican food- usually a flour tortilla with melted cheese (sometimes meat or veggies added in).

- frozen bagged dinner- pasta dishes.

As for my go-to dinners- I make tacos- sometimes chicken, sometimes beef. Just depends on what we feel like. And breakfast for dinner- bacon, eggs and biscuits or sometimes pancakes.

Some places here they're called chicken goujons, others chicken strips.

Are they like enchilada's?
