We have something like that called Wiki Sticks.

they really aren't that great IMO. The kids just sort of bend them. DD makes them into balloons or flowers.

My DD wants them too. I was thinking about ordering them and putting some out at a time. We've played with Wiki Sticks before, but these are supposed to be better.
