Smile Coupons and money saving tips?

Do you use coupons? Any money saving tips at the grocery store?

I shop at two different grocery stores depending on the better of the sales. I have my membership/discount card and I have been cutting coupons for only things I know I will use and will usually buy it when it's on sale with the coupon. I've also started returning my cans, bottles and plastics (instead of the recycling bin) and that's an additional savings at the register. They also give you coins and things are marked down if you have them. I'm

because I like to give savings card at the end to see the number drop...the other day they had a HUGE meat sale, buy one get one free...so my total was $211.00 after my card, coupons and coins, I ended up paying $117.00 not too bad...this has made shopping fun for me

I try to clip coupons and such and I shop at either Walmart (depending on what I need) or another local grocery store. Right now the other store is giving points. For every dollar you spend in a certain time period they give you a point. At the end of that "qualifying" period depending on how many points you have you can save 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% on your entire grocery order. Right now I'm at the 10% mark and have to spend another $140 by February 6th to get to the 15% mark. They did this around Thanksgiving too and I saved about $60 total on that order.

. For a small fee, you get a list of sale items at your store and which coupon with which to couple that sale to maximize savings. It shows how some things can be FREE with the right coupon and sale.

It's GREAT and it really does save a lot of money. It's only $1 to try it for the first 4 weeks.
