French dip sandwiches -

1 sirlion tip roast
2 cans french onion soup
1 onion sliced
1/2 bell pepper sliced (optional)
1 package AuJus gravy mix

Put roast in crock pot, pour canned soup over it , place onion and peppers, salt / pepper lightly. Mix pack of AuJus mix with 1 cup water and then pour over. Cook for 8 hours on low.

Slice and toast hoagie rolls with cheese of your choice (we use provolone). Cut meat and make sandwiches uses the juice in the crock pot for dippping.

Classic pot roast

1 chuck roast
1 package frozen stew veggies Or peel and slice a baking potato into thick slices, add fresh baby carrots.
Salt / pepper lightly
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon of Kitchen Bouquet (gravy mix ).

cook in crock pot on low for 8 hours.

Serve over rice.
