Default Crock pot recipes?

I went over the the recipe board, but there were not that many.

Does anyone have quick/easy prep crock pot recipes of "old standards"? Dh and I like stew/chicken/pork, etc, but are not too into spicy food from the crock pot since it can get a bit over-spiced after sitting for hours!

Thanks!

Get a whole chicken. Marinate overnight anyway you like with either a rub or wet marinade. Cut up one onion and set the chicken on top. 8 hours on high and you'll have a juicy chicken that will fall right off the bone.

All my other recipes are posted on the recipe board.

I make beef & gravy & serve it over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes about once a week . I also make chicken & rice (although I usually make the rice separately.). Ham & beans and corned beef also come out good in the crockpot.

I have a "Fix It & Forget It" cookbook. I'm sending you a PM with some recipes!

My favorite: one container of sour cream, one can of cream of mushroom soup, one package of onion soup, 3 - 4 chicken breasts... yummy. I serve it over spaghetti noodles
