DH would probably say taquitos... I boil, shred, and season the chicken (with tony's taco seasoning) and then bake them in the oven with cooking spray so they are even healthy! I am a vegetarian so I make mine with refried beans and cheese(trader joe's organic refried beans with salsa..yum!) and I dip mine in taco sauce...now I am hungry! Don't have kids yet..but my
DH makes a mean mac and cheese- the real kind- he made it for me on our second date and won my heart (for that and many reasons!)
