do you make it a point to hop in bed WITH your DH (or significant other) each night?
Or do you just do your own thing and meet each other in bed when you (or he) are ready?

nope...i don't get home from work till about 11:30 pmand hes usually in bed by then,even on my days off he's in bed before me

We never go to bed at the same time...I don't think I could fall asleep with him beside me. DH works shifts and his body seems to be on a different schedule than mine. He's a bit of a night owl.

Yes we go to bed at the same time unless Football is on and he's really involved in a game for some reason.
