Lets see
if I can explain this right...
There is a main street going east/west and another street that goes north/south crosses it. The main street has no light/stop sign at the intersection but the crossing street has stop signs.
A car coming south is turning left on the main street. A car going north is going straight across the main street. Both have to stop at the main street to wait for traffic on the main street to clear.
If the car turning left arrived
before the car going straight, does it have the right-of-way?
I know the
safe thing to do
if I am crossing or turning onto the main street, but I never knew who actually had the right-of-way.
