Community Leader. A board moderator. Sometimes I can't think of stuff to say, and go through dry spells of posting, so I never considered myself good CL material.

Here are the guidelines for application to become a CL (Community Leader):

In Order To Apply To Be A Moderator You Must:

-Be a regular member of the board you are applying to moderate.
-Have at least 1000 posts on Baby Corner's message boards.
-Not be currently moderating on any other baby, pregnancy, fertility, or women’s interests message boards.
-Have been an active member of Baby Corner for at least 1 year.
-Have been at the board you plan to be a CL at for over a month (unless the board is brand new.)
-Have a positive, supportive, and active presence on Baby Corner
-Be proactive and offer ideas and suggestions for improvement.
-Be knowledgeable in the topic you would like to moderate.
-Be polite and helpful towards other members and give advice whenever needed and whenever possible.
-Visit your board on a daily basis and actively take part in discussions as often as possible.
-Take an active part in discussions between the Admin Team and other CLs.
