Unhappy How often do you get headaches?

I used to hardly ever get headaches. In the past 3 months I get an average of 3 bad headaches a week and little ones each day. These are headaches where 800mg motrin wont help.
When I get headaches I usually drink a glass of soda and take a couple tylonol or motrin depending on severity.
Nothing is working anymore. I know I need to talk to my doctor and I have an annual coming up,so I will talk to her then.
My grandmother used to get migraines ALL the time.It came to the point where I used to have to give her injections.
I'm just curious on average how often people get headaches.

I used to only get them that bad during my second trimesters.

After my mother died, I got them everyday, with the flashing lights and all that junk and the doctor dxed me "officially" with migraines. Now I can get Imetrix, but I still haven't had the guts to take one yet.

I don't get them too often... but when I do... I can almost always directly link them to either PMS or stress!!!

Probably 1ce-2ce a month... but nothing that slows me down at all. They're not too bad. Mostly just annoying.

Migranes are NO FUN. I had a co-worker once who had them pretty chronically... those require some treatment/meds for sure!!

I get migraines several times/week. I have had plenty of headaches that have landed me me in tears.

The doc prescribed Fioricet and aside from having to avoid them for the first trimester, they seem to take the edge off.

I'm sorry you're struggling with headaches--it might be time to see your doctor.
