how about tacos or tortilla - I put the taco meat with some shredded cheese in between two soft tortillas and cook them so the cheese melts - this way it isn't messy and I cut it into triangle wedges.

Try having them help - kids love to help make stuff and they are more invested in it.

I also like Jerry Seinfeld's wife's cookbook where you hid the good stuff in the food with purees.

how about make your own pizzas...my kids like to do this...put a bunch of toppings that he likes in bowls and let him put what he wants on his pizza.

then you can make whatever you want on yours!!
